I can't believe how many people have complained his voice on the new album. I really like his voice. Sure he's not Pavorotti but i'm not into people who oversing and wail anyway. I'm actually hoping he won't return to rapping but i'm sure he will. Also, how come it's ok for Roger Troutman to heavily use auto tune but not Kanye? What's with the double standard??

there is a live interview on youtube where Kanye is on Conan Obrien show and talks about the device as helping him sing better.....and it pretty much works - so for a rapper that wants to sing from time to time, it comes in handy

but i am sure he will not release a 2nd album using this device, or at least i hope not

I like it too. I was used to hearing him sing hooks before, so I was ready for this project.

This is going to be his most "new wave" album ever, I'm sure. I will probably be missing this era once he goes back to rapping to please the public.

this album is shit and should b treated as that kanye need 2 go sit down and create something real and leave that mess 2 tpain

As a self proclaimed Kanye West fan, if I had a choice between Kanye spitting rhymes or singing, i'd choose: spitting rhymes

He's talented yes, he's creative yes, but a singer, no way. The 808's album is good, but to tell you the truth, it hasn't lasted a day in my car's cd changer yet. I prefer his other albums over this one.
