Nah...
This is 2 years old it was only released in Japan. BTW it has a cover of "Soft & Wet" by youknowwho This song was the lead single, if I'm not mistaken... Insecurity The rest of the album is more rock-oriented btw, this is the radio-friendliest song from the album. And Supa,,,,,this is riiiiight up your street, doll

I LOVE N'Dambi. But did y'all see her clip on the Tv One Website? N'Dambi ain't neva sung a note out of tune in her life, but somehow that performance was disasterous .I'm guessing her monitor was out or somthin' because again...that woman has never hit a bad note any time I have ever seen her live. she still looked good and was shakin' it, though...

I've seen couple of live per4mances from youtube,,,,and the gal throws down like nobody's business I remember back when I used to post in Okayplayer(long time ago when it was actually cool ), the folks in there used to call her "Erykah's safety net on stage" because whenever Ms.Wright fucks up, N'Dambi was right there filling in the crooked notes And speaking of which, her contribution in Mama's Gun is quite obevious, esp after hearing this album of hers.

That's why when I was watching her on tvoneoneline.com , I was like WHAT is going on with N'dambi??? .I really had to chalk it up to her monitor being completely out and her not being able to hear the band because she is in a completely wrong key....and we know N'Dambi don't sing no wrong notes! She is a bad mama jama, beleive that. I used to like to listen to heer do runs on backround solos for Badu concerts; she can accomplish more in 16 bars than most top 40 singers can do in a 2 hour concert, no doubt.

Gray shot me her CD to me and I was pretty impressed. Her remake of Soft and Wet was nice as well. Her duet with Keite Young is really tight, too. I still love her debut "Little Lost Girls Blues" and I especially love her solo riff on Badu's Live CD on "You Don't Have To Cry". Her live/studio album "Tunin' Up And Co-signin'" is tight as well.
Oh, and I LOVE them soup coolers of hers! Yum. Them lips is tasty! [Edited 12/1/08 16:52pm] nWo: bboy87 - Timmy84 - LittleBlueCorvette - MuthaFunka - phunkdaddy - Christopher

I think I heard that album once a few years ago. Honestly, I forgot about it. I know the market for indie artists is stronger overseas, but those Japanese releases very difficult for me to track down, either because of lack of retail outlets or the high price of imports.
