Last night, I had a dream about Raphael Saadiq...

And he was so charming and sweet. I've never met the man personally, nor did I watch anything or listen to any of his music yesterday, which is odd. Its amazing how you can dream about people you never even met. I am a great fan of his, but this like the 2nd dream i've had about him. In the dream, I met him (as a fan) and he wanted to meet me afterwards (I assume this was after a concert or a set at a club) for more chitter chatter. So i did, somehow we ended up back at his place for a cup of tea. All I know is, is that he was a complete gentleman, and it sparked me to pull out all his cd's today to listen to in my car while ran my errands. So anyway, thats my confession for the day. I had to tell somebody about it.

I do hope to see him live in performance one of these days, I've had yet to do that. His performance on VH1 Soul Stage excited me quite a bit...as well as Q-Tip's performance did too.
