And get this - according to our snitch, Janet and her longtime boyfriend Jermaine Dupri conceived the child "naturally" - i.e. without drugs or artificial insemination. But don't expect any official announcement anytime soon. The insider told MediaTakeOut.com, "It's still very early [in the pregnancy], she wants to wait before she tells the whole world about it.
