I love love love "Too High"!
It might just be my least-favorite track from Innervisions, which should show how highly I think of that album. "Whitney was purely and simply one of a kind." ~ Clive Davis

I love the fact he remembered it to play it live a year back. Those descending rhodes lines coupled with the scatting are amazing . and like NmusiqNsoul stated, his harmonica overdubs are amazing. They remind me of the mid part of "Don't You Worry 'Bout a Thing"
"Da dad da dada da dum, Da Dah Dah Da Da Dum Dum Dumm" At this point in history, we have a choice to make

class. start to finish.
i love how steveland describes stuff he has virtually no concept of, apart from someone describing things to him (colours, shapes, seasons and the like etc). makes me think hard does our stevie. [Edited 11/22/08 17:55pm]

"Da dad da dada da dum, Da Dah Dah Da Da Dum Dum Dumm" At the show I saw he played most of the songs from that album. I'm sick and tired of the Prince fans being sick and tired of the Prince fans that are sick and tired!

I like this song too, I can hear exactly what inspired r&b artists from the last 20 years at least, especially Glenn Lewis.
Is it true this was written when he got high one time with John Lennon or something?
