I'm thinking that Mimi is definitely with child at this moment. Not only did she not drink any champagne, but she came out on stage wearing a loose-fitting (at least for Mariah) button down shirt that covered her abdomen and a pair of jeans. When Mariah has been on the show before, she's always wore some overly tight form-fitting dress that displays much cleavage and has a hemline just below her butt. The last time she wore anything this modest, she was still married to Tommy Mottola, so this looks like she is expecting.
