shocked @ Signed Sealed and Delivered in Pt 1...that was 100% Pure Funk

and did he just say "stop. confusion."? I know some little purple MFr who uses that in his routine...

Loving the Fender Rhodes sound...

Love the whole experimental vibe with this I need some more info about this. geek

What's the song in the beginning of Part III? So beautiful but not familiar...

Thx for this post Harle, this was over the top!!!!

it's great by the way that he does "he's mistra know-it-all" that's one of the songs he hasn't perfomed often. Infact of all the audio that I have this is the only one where he perfomed it.

I have it on tape as well. It's from the German Tv show Musikladen? Or was it Beat Club?

Stevie's arrangement is Very different from the Roberta Flack version which is on her 1975 album, "Feel Like Makin' Love"

The man has some ridiculous outtakes. I have some from '73/'74, bloody amazing - there's one song called "Knocking At Your Door" which is just incredible.

Mike Sembello on guitar too.

Looks like Reggie McBride on bass, Ollie Brown on drums and possibly Marlo Henderson (Buddy Miles Express) on the other guitar.

Good stuff.

The sad part is (and don't ask me how I know this zipped ) that he's still capable of this kind of down & dirty stuff. disbelief
