I don't believe I ever heard this before, and yet it sounds like the original - but with an alternate mix (I guess that's why it's called "Alternate Mix", lol). But I can't believe I don't have this already. What CD can it be found on? I've gotta have it (...if I don't have it already and just somehow overlooked it).
I love Maggot Brain. Considering Eddie, and the entire history of P-Funk, I always get a tear in my eye when I hear them play it live ( ...and yes, I still hold my bic up high, even though the kids today hold up their cell phones, lol). Michael Hampton does it justice these days. | |
