I have ALOT of old skool 45's from my mother. She was born and raised on all the underground New York Soul that u just cannot find anywhere else...do any of u know any of these classics?

Misdemeanor by Foster Sylvers used to jam hard back in the 70's. That song has been sampled several times within the rap-hip/hop community.

How about this old school soul jam from the early 70's

The Ebonys-"You're The Reason Why"..OOO WEEE. This song is a lost classic. This was on the Philadelphia International Records label. These brothers are singing their butts off on this one. They had another hit too called "Forever". But this one is THE ONE!!!

"bless my soul" by skip mahoney and the casuals 1975 on Abet records thats a rare hard to get single

I'm familiar with Black Ivory,Nancy Wilson,and the Foster Sylvers song.Never heard those other tracks though.

I loved when men would sing in falcetto.

The last song that gave me chills when the gys would do that was "Meeting In My Bedroom" by Silk. DAMN them boys sung that song!
