Hard 2 answer that one...hmmm.

Since i have known "Stranger In Moscow" longer i WOULD say that, but I never really fully liked that song.

I don't remember when was the last time I heard "Whatever Happens". So I don't know really. I cannot choose.

Only "Whatever Happens" seems like A SONG I CAN GET IN2. But the only thing is Stranger In Moscow got a very memorable beat behind it.

I have to admit something. When I first bought 'Invincible',I went straight to track 15 "Whatever Happens" because I wanted to hear the collaboration with Santana...lol...and of course,I was playing this song all day long.

Stranger In Moscow...this song could very well be autobiographical with MJ's take on his"swift and sudden fall from grace". There's certainly some introspective evaluation going on here. There seems to be some inner conflicts within the man himself. He also connects with the human experience, as there are some moments, where one truly are in a situation or even state of mind finding themselves "feeling lonely", as he loudly decries at the climax of the tune. It's a feeling of tragic proportions for one to feel so alienated from the world and one's self.

This song definitely gives the lie to those who says that Mike hasn't penned a truly introspective song in a while.

Let those that have ears...HEAR!!!...Indeed

"Whatever Happens" is a kickass song! To me,it sounds like it should be the theme song for a very good movie.I love that little whistling thing that Carlos Santana does at the beginning,it makes the song sound haunting and mysterious.I love the breezy Latin-pop feel of this tune. The lyrics are really great too.Michael speaks of a couple going through some crisis, but he never says exactly what they are going through. So,you're left to wonder.

"Whatever Happens...don't let go of my hand"

I also love Michael's vocals on this song,he really "attacks" those lyrics. And hearing him and Carlos thank each other at the end of the song is a nice touch...lol...
