Great track. I know fans of their debut that hate that song. Shame they did a Jodeci and ditched the uptempo's after their first album.


Remember the cut from "mo' money" OST called "brother will"? That reminds me of "I wonder if she likes me". Credited to Harlem Yacht club, some in-joke I guess?...

.. Shame they never cut an album LOL. That was produced by Jellybean Johnson, along with Jam/Lewis with a certain Stokley Williams on drums, so the connection is there I still play that cut sometimes. Fun, catchy track.

Their best non R&B song in their catalogue is 'fidelity'. that song is incredible.

as for ditching the "uptempo's", good thing they did and went for ballads since the ballads were their successful charting hits, which helped their album sales and a ticket to continue making albums...

they still made good uptempo album cuts tho.

Love this track. I turn the volume up as far as it goes in the studio, it sounds GREAT. I wish they would do more of this.
