What album is that from? I have the first seven or eight New Birth album, but didn't bother with their releases after that ..

I'm serious. razz I've been in contact with them for four years now. They wanted me to book the The New Birth in Europe, but it never materialized because the group isn't known enough overseas. It would not have been profitable.
They'd do a radio interview anytime. smile

I've got another one of his albums (in digital form)...

I don't have that second Bobby Williams album. What's the sound? The first one sounds incredibly much like James Brown.

He was a JB-clone to the hilt.
On that second album he dropped the JB Raw-FUNK style and went into more of a Soul bag.
