He was strcuk very seriouslly then, shaking and even at hospital he was still shaking with all those sedatives he was still in crisis.

yep some songs written for J5 and some obscure composers sued Universal ( I think ) and MJ for those songs, that where allegedlly stolen from them... Whatever he fainted, then trembling shaking crying and rushed to hospital... Damn, I was amazed becuase the trial was ridiculous, why shaking like that?? Very strong panik attack out of nothing...

But maybe the ridiculouness of all this... sometimes the stupid stuff scare more than serious stuff. Human mind is really tricky and proves weak, sometimes in most silly moments.

Becuase if we look at this current trial, is not the worst of all, and not the end of the world, right? But if he paniked and scared and starting crying and trembling, indeed how can they bring him like that in court? Just for the sake of circus and love for reality tv?
The trial can very well go on with its proceedings with Michael testifying via sattelite.

That's the first time I heard about all of this.

i don't know about mj, but i do know about panic attacks.

once, i was in the store with my mother and she said something about trying on clothes, perfectly innocent.

well, i immediately began to shake and hyperventilate. couldn't speak. the reason is i immediately 'flashed' in my mind to childhood memories when i would go to the store with my mother and she would get angry with me. i was chubby kid and she was slim and attractive and did not like having a chubby daughter. it was always hell going to the store with her. i would wind up humiliated with her calling me names, the whole nine yards.

now at the time we were in the store, i wasn't chubby but her suggestion triggered the sad memories and a panic in me, just like that. i don't really remember what happened next. i sort of remember leaving the area and going somewhere else until i calmed down. i didn't tell her what was wrong, i do know that!

i can't fault mj, if indeed that's what happened. the mind is a delicate instrument and god only knows what he's been through.

IMO, what started him on this path was him going thru the first allegations in 1993 with the Chandler family. I believe that whole ordeal devastated him emotionally and he has never recovered from it. I really think it broke his heart when the Chandlers came out with those allegations because Michael had developed a very close relationship with them (minus the father). He basically adopted that family and they adopted him as like the father figure in that family. Michael loved and trusted them--maybe even more than his own real family at the time, and when they accused him of molesting the boy, that was like a knife thru his heart. That whole ordeal hurt him so very badly, more than I think even he realizes. Plus him having to deal with that awful DA Tom Sneddon who subjected Michael to that humiliating physical examination....

Yeah, Michael went thru hell and I dont think he's ever emotionally fully recovered from it, and the way he's been treating and using people over the past decade is a result of his emotional wounds from this ordeal. Not that I'm justifying or excusing his behavior, I dont condone his actions at all, but yeah I think the whole 1993 allegations is what started him on this path. I used to really look up to him as a person, but not anymore.
