Who leaks the songs? I have always wondered about this..
Do the record companies leak the songs to create interest? Where do I find these "leaks"? I really like the song, "My Baby." I would like to listen to more of these songs. [Edited 11/17/08 4:53am]

[Edited 11/17/08 4:53am] I think there are called torrent sites and probably message boards that allow users to post torrent links that have these albums. I try to avoid them and stay on the straight and narrow with that...to an extent. I wonder about the art of leaking. To some degree, maybe it is the labels since they know it will happen anyway. Might just be asshole critics that get early copies. I think if record companies wanted to curb it they could....maybe they don't want to or maybe they just can't (either they are incompetent or it is totally out of control...probably a mix of both).

OK so after hearing the album im positive:
Kill the Lights is the best uptempo. Followed by If You Seek Amy Out From Under is the best slow number. Solely for the chorus section. Verses are dull. Worst songs: Mmmmm Papi though not as bad Spanish Lesson Amnesia PS Rock Me In sounds like a jingle. HP commercial or sth. I'm not mad at you, I'm mad at the dirt.

[Edited 11/17/08 4:53am] Jive is incredibly anti-leaks. They were keeping the CD in a safe. Somehow some industry employee managed to get a copy. Here's a link to all the songs : http://toxicthrill.com/?p=1047#comments

The bonus track "Trouble" is great but only cuz it samples "Get Together" by Madonna...which is my fave track of hers. And Lace & Leather is HOT HOT HOT. Sounds very Princey. Especially the drum fill before the first refrain. Its a direct lift or re-creation of the drum fill that kicks off "A Love Bizarre."

Ah, I was wondering where I'd heard that tune before. I agree about Lace and Leather, imagine if he secretly produced it

I just listened to the whole thing. What are people smoking? This is nowhere near as good as blackout. I can't even hear a standout track. I was bored to death by it.

Opinion! I agree there's no instant hit here but I like that after ten years of instant generic pop.
