Here's a news that will make the org happy: JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE BEING SUED! Justin Timberlake has been slapped with a lawsuit claiming that the former boy bander doesn't treat employees at his Manhattan eatery fairly!
A busboy is suing Timberlake, saying his New York City barbecue joint didn't pay him a legal wage. Felipe Ramales alleges in a federal lawsuit filed Friday that he worked for Timberlake's Southern Comfort restaurant for about a year. The suit says Ramales and other staffers didn't get their proper share of a gratuity charge the restaurant automatically collected from parties with six or more diners. The busboy also says he worked more than 40 hours per week without getting overtime. A manager at the restaurant says the tip allegations are false, and all staffers made well above the legal minimum wage. Hmmm…. We're inclined to believe the little guy! source: http://perezhilton.com/

Yep, he does... "Southern hospitaltiy"... we've been there, when we were in New York in October... but it's more like a sportsbar, than a restaurant!

Looks like the dumb shit learned his lesson in wage payment from his ex-manager.
Shit. I mean, I didn't have much respect for Timberlake in the first place, but honestly! You'd think after being overworked and screwed out of literally millions of dollars by Lou Pearlman, he'd know a thing or two about paying people fairly. What a shit. [Edited 11/15/08 13:12pm] yeah but in all fairness, these cats that own shit like clubs and restaurants and things, having nothing to do with them, they just slap their name on the ownership papers and hire people to do the "running" of these things for them. I mean Jay Z had almost nothing to do with the 40/40 club here in nyc, he started it and then put someone in charge and walked away, occasionally showing up for parties and shit, little did he know that alot of criminals were running the club for the most part. If it's your name on the papers, it's your responsibility to make sure it's being run properly IMO. This situation does nothing but lower my already low opinion of Timberlake. Which is why i say all of these singers just need to sing, all of them pretty much let people do what they want and always get sued. People were selling drugs at the 40/40 club for club income, Jay claims to not know about that, so should he go down for drug charges? I agree with knowing whats going on, but you have to input that with every circumstance, if a jay employee is doing that then Jay goes down too with him. Jay-Z is down with the Illuminati though so he won't get burned.

As far as I know pleading ignorance wouldn't hold up legally. It's his property so ultimately he's supposed to be held responsible. "A Watcher scoffs at gravity!"

I'll assume lastdecember does NOT work for Def Jam, considering his comments about Jay-Z, Rihanna, and `Ye.

no one is gonna be working for DefJam if things keep up. I know people that worked for def jam back in the day, and people like Irv Gotti who is the biggest criminal, about one step below Suge Knight, as for Jay, well, hes got ties to alot of shady things that have gone on and still go on, he didnt move up the ranks on his talent "We went where our music was appreciated, and that was everywhere but the USA, we knew we had fans, but there is only so much of the world you can play at once" Magne F

I'll admit I'm ignorant about a lot of U.S. law, but around here everything that goes down on a landlord's property is considered their responsiblity, even if they claim not to have known about it. Were Timberlake's restaurant located in Vancouver, he'd be held responsible for the wages paid -or lack thereof -of any employees. "A Watcher scoffs at gravity!"
