and have you noticed it was always at the END of a decade? I thought britney and the backstreet boys would fade away too but they're still around sad

I never cared for teen pop and always laughed, but the only okay debbie gibson song was electric youth

No need to laugh. I agree with you. It's uplifting and the subject matter is lighter. It's not all doom and fuck'n gloom or fixated with suffering, pain, bravado and sex. It's escapist.
