Mint Condition: 11.28.08 Minneapolis

MidAmerica Talent and Trocaderos are proud to present An Evening with Mint Condition, Friday, November 28th, 2008 at Trocaderos, 107 3rd Avenue North in downtown Minneapolis.

Music will begin at 9:00 PM with very special guest; America Idol Finalist Paris Bennett celebrating the release of her new Christmas CD entitled A Royal Christmas. Tickets are $25.00 in advance and $30.00 at the door and are currently on sale at Trocaderos Box Office and at www.trocaderos.com. For more information please call Trocaderos at (612) 465-0440.

With a new CD e-Life in stores now, and plenty of chart topping gold and platinum records already to their credit, including "Breakin' My Heart (Pretty Brown Eyes), "U Send Me Swingin’", "What Kind Of Man Would I Be” and “I’m Ready, the band’s current single Nothing Left To Say is currently at #4 with a bullet on its way to #1 on the Billboard Hot Adult R&B Airplay chart!

“e-Life, which debuted at #9 on the Billboard’s R&B/Hip-Hop Album chart, Mint Condition once again tests the limits with a range of soul-stirring love ballads and drum and bass laced grooves. Written, recorded, arranged, performed and produced collaboratively by all the band members, eLife”shows Mint Condition’s versatility ranging from their first single, “Baby Boy, Baby Girl” featuring soul crooner Anthony Hamilton, to the futuristic sounding joint, “Why Do We Try” featuring A Tribe Called Quest and former Lucy Pearl sound architect Ali Shaheed Muhammad, and “Something” featuring rapper Phonte’ of Little Brother. Mint Condition challenges the negative connotations of women who seek out well-to-do men in the aptly titled mid-tempo song “Golddigger” and discusses a failed relationship in their current hit, “Nothing Left To Say.”

I hope these talented brothers come out to NYC; I'd love to catch them in concert. I should start a thread on their new CD, cause its that damn good.
