My all time favorite female artist. After Prince my favorite artist period.

I absolutely LOVE Teena Marie!!! She's another very underrated artist! He voice is so unique, soulful and strong. I love love love her!!

I love the song " If I Was A Bell" and Lovergirl

Oh, and I can't forget Out On A Limb, I Need Your Lovin' and SquareBiz!!!

She's a bad lady and the fact that she was a white person in 1979 that made funk and preferred performing in front of 10,000 black people instead of a pop audience was definately an influence and role model for me when I was growing up.

I heard her sing Fire & Desire with Rick. Best concert ever. Saw her at the House of Blues in Chicago in 1999. Still got it...still awesome.
