Has anyone commented on the new Q-Tip CD?

I listened to most of it last night and it is bangin'!

The first three track are standouts...lovin it! Can't wait to listen to it again.

Interested to hear other org comments on this one....PEACE

It is a late contender for Best Of The Year. Why Motown waited nearly 2 years to drop this, I have no idea.

That "Life Is Better" joint with Norah Jones is hot.

5 outta 5 stars in the Uk's free Metro newspaper, good reviews all round too, this is when those that aren't sure, should take a chance.

I'm with 2020 on this this one....just spun this on Rhapsody.

AMAZING....as far as I'm concerned, the best all-around project in Hip Hop released in the last 5 years, easy.

I've heard people say they didn't expect to enjoy Tronic more than the new Q-Tip but some did; apparently it is Black Milk's best to date...

But back to Q-Tip... I'm pretty sure I will enjoy The Renaissance more.

I meant to go cop this on my break today but work was too busy to get away.

So I picked up the album today and listened to it an hour ago.....it's the best hip hop cd i've listened to this year alone!!!! I swear I didn't even skip a track....Q has definitely won me over!!!! If you don't have it, this is a must buy RIGHT NOW!!!!!

There's this one track where he starts off rapping acapella with no music, then at about 1:30 or something like that, the music comes in, that shit is hottttt, you hear me???!!!!! I don't know the name because I was doing other stuff around the house, but that is one track that stood out with me.

I just listened to the whole CD start to finish in my jeep.

We have a winner!

I've only gotten to hear half of it so far but am impressed by what
i've heard. I picked it up after work and headed straight to the polls.
I listened to Amplified last night on my way to work just to warm myself
up for Renaissance. Great to have Q-tip back on the scene. I hadn't bought
a Cd since june and hadn't bought a hip hop cd at all this year.

Ok now I've listened to it a few times and all the above comments are so true! Lovin this CD!!!! A real feel good CD!

Qtip is my boy! He always does something cool, this album is crazy. My favorite is the track w Norah Jones. Never woulda thought that collabo would work. It hittin.

I think the Norah Jones track is the only one I was feeling. I didn't like it as well as "amplified".
