COUNTRY HAS GONE HIP-HOP!!! Montgomery Gentry's "Roll With Me" Remix

http://montgomerygentry.m...s_id=14541

I just got this email in my inbox and laughed my ass off. It's not a bad song, but the rap is HORRIBLE. The beat in the background is very amateur-ish. What do u guys think?

The sad thing is, Cowboy Troy isn't any worse than some of the mushmouths that pass for "real MC's."

They need to stop putting hip-hop into everything. This is getting ridiculous. Thanks a lot Run-DMC. neutral

Psht. You want some REAL "country goes hip-hop" (or is it "hip-hop goes country"? confuse ) dig The Gourds' version of Snoop's Gin & Juice. A vast improvement, if you ask me. razz

Thanks for the laughs, arguments and overall enjoyment for the last umpteen years. It's time for me to retire from Prince.org and engage in the real world...lol. Above all, I appreciated the talent Prince. You were one of a kind.

Interesting.

Snoop's version still kicks ass, though.

It does. But if you pit the two together, I'd still pick The Gourds' cover. And Im not even a country fan.
