a-Ha brings in Mark Saunders to recording sessions of new record set for early 2009

a-Ha's 10th album, 9th Studio record, as yet untitled has its first "named" collaborater. Producer Mark Saunders who has worked with Madonna,Depeche, tricky and others has confirmed working with the band on "tracks" for the new record. There has been a rumour that a-Ha would bring in some more of the "synth" sound somewhat on this record could/may be true. a-Ha premierd 2 new tracks at their solo/asone shows this past May, one called "shadowside" and the other "Riding the Crest" the latter is a keyboard/riff driven song, kind of a "mature" sounding take on their early work.

"We went where our music was appreciated, and that was everywhere but the USA, we knew we had fans, but there is only so much of the world you can play at once" Magne F
