Why she felt THIS was the time to tour, in the FALL, after a flop album, is beyond me. Then she decided to hit the road at THE EXACT SAME TIME Madonna and Tina were already selling out dates in the U.S. Then we all know what happened when she actually hit the road... but either way I feel so lucky to have seen the show, which was fucking great, better than sex. No,I don't think it was a bad idea for her to tour.Touring makes sense.It just wasn't executed properly.Considering that only two shows soldout,she probably should have either played smaller venues or toured with a "hot" opening act (someone like Robin Thicke) which would have helped move tickets. If she ever decides to tour again,she's gonna have to plan it properly,even if it means hiring new management. | |
