[ I saw this video a few times on MTV back in '97. Pretty obscure tune. It got wee-morning-hours rotation. It managed to win Video of the Week on MTV's long-cancelled, but personal fave music criticism show 12 Angry Viewers. It occasionally pops in my head from time to time when I get reflective. Hence, this post. Love the song. ]

I like this song! and I kinda dug the little ska-pop treand of the mid-90's
Thats the thing I dug about the 90's...lots of difference genre's were coming back and what not. Even if just for a little while...it made it seem like there was more variety on the radio/ tv

I remember this was simultaneously going on with the swing trend of the late '90s. I used to go out to Orange County and I remember some kids would practice swing dance on breaks.

Also, I like how ska and 2-Tone wasn't/isn't afraid to use horns.

I was glad to see horns back in the mainstream for a second @ least!
