I only wish they had the recorded version from this album... ...Don't Mess With Mister T so that you get the full orchestral arrangement. Great tune. tA Tribal Disorder http://www.soundclick.com...dID=182431 "Ya see, we're not interested in what you know...but what you are willing to learn. C'mon y'all."

Yeah both versions are what you'd call "cool jazz".

I get your point but based on what falls into that category today, it almost sounds like an insult. tA Tribal Disorder http://www.soundclick.com...dID=182431 "Ya see, we're not interested in what you know...but what you are willing to learn. C'mon y'all."

It definitely has a Jazz feel and it was certainly Cool so your description works perfectly. tA Tribal Disorder http://www.soundclick.com...dID=182431 "Ya see, we're not interested in what you know...but what you are willing to learn. Yeah... actually the album is so underrated and honestly though there was a lot of funky instrumentals, even the songs Marvin sung in with exception of "Poor Abbey Walsh" and "Don't Mess With Mister T" seemed personal, like "Life is a Gamble" for instance.
