Yep, he's a member of the new group SugaRush. They are pretty much doing most of their promotion in the UK this year. Their debut album is already out there. They may bring their debut to the States in '09.

I love that album!!!

"Jesus Come Near" is EVERYTHING!!!

I sure hope they release the album
over here... I'd like to support it! cool

nod It's a pretty great debut, very solid and consistent. "Love Breed" really agrees with my spirit. A tour would be so good. I wanna hear Ida Corr sing these songs live.

This is why I'm glad you're back. Dizzee Rascal covered the Ting Tings?! eek

hug Yep! He was in the Radio 1 Live Lounge this year and it was the track he did after "Dance Wiv Me." I like how he takes TTT's version and makes it a tongue-in-cheek social commentary.

Plus, it can be found along with a bunch of other covers on Vol. 3 of the Radio 1's Live Lounge compilation series.

Disc 1
1. Duffy - "Mercy"
2. The Ting Tings - "Standing in the Way of Control" (originally by The Gossip)
3. Dizzee Rascal - "That's Not My Name" (originally by The Ting Tings)
4. Sam Sparro - "American Boy" (originally by Estelle)
5. Pendulum - "Violet Hill" (originally by Coldplay)
6. The Streets - "Blinded by the Lights"
7. McFly - "I Kissed a Girl" (originally by Katy Perry)
8. The Kooks - "Shine On"
9. Newton Faulkner - "Foundations" (originally by Kate Nash)
10. Panic At The Disco - "Nine in the Afternoon"
11. Girls Aloud - "With Every Heartbeat" (originally by Robyn)
12. The Feeling - "Work" (originally by Kelly Rowland)
13. The Hoosiers - "LoveStoned" (originally by Justin Timberlake)
14. The Wombats - "Moving to New York"
15. Paramore - "Love's Not a Competition (But I'm Winning)" (originally by Kaiser Chiefs)
16. Elliot Minor - "Rule the World" (originally by Take That)
17. Ida Maria - "Sweet About Me" (originally by Gabriella Cilmi)
18. R.E.M. - "Munich" (originally by Editors)
19. Glasvegas - "Daddy's Gone"
20. Foo Fighters - "Keep the Car Running" (originally by Arcade Fire)

[edit] Disc 2

1. The Script - "Lose Yourself" (originally by Eminem)
2. Adele - "Chasing Pavements"
3. Elbow - "One Day Like This"
4. Scouting For Girls - "Elvis Ain't Dead"
5. Guillemots - "Black and Gold" (originally by Sam Sparro)
6. Lupe Fiasco - "Superstar"
7. Ironik - "Stay With Me"
8. Kate Nash - "Fluorescent Adolescent" (originally by Arctic Monkeys)
9. Goldfrapp - "It's Not Over Yet" (originally by Klaxons)
10. The Pigeon Detectives - "Ready for the Floor" (originally by Hot Chip)
11. Kasabian - "L.S.F."
12. Athlete - "Wires"
13. The Zutons - "Beautiful" (originally by Christina Aguilera)

I was feeling the whole Order In The Court CD. I used to jam off of "Court Is In Session" and "Yes/No." And I love "It's Alright" the album version and the one with Faith Evans from the Nothing To Lose SDTK. Had it on my monthly playlist not too long ago.

Remember "Name Callin'" on the Set If Off soundtrack (1996)? 45 King produced that one. Love that.

That's a great album to vibe off of in autumn. "Just Another Day" is a classic.

Black Reign is my favorite Latifah album. I've been vibing off of it for years. I cook and prepare food listening to that album just chilling like mad. Blasting "Listen 2 Me," "I Can't Understand," "Weekend Love," "Rough..." "4 The DJs" that whole album is my vibe session completely.

"Superstar" and "Just A Flow" are my VIBE SESSIONS. I love the jazzy production on it.

I can literally press play and let it flow until "Winki's Theme."

nod I borrowed a friend's copy of the Set It Off SDTK back in the day. Plus, I liked that jam she had with Organized Noise. That used to bump. Her verses were fire on it.
