It's the end of an era. I just got some scoop that shock-jock Wendy Williams just announced that WBLS has terminated Wendy's sidekick Charlamagne Tha God. Williams released a statement on his sudden termination live on the radio moments ago.

The official word is that Charla was fired due to the economy. But, you already know I got intel on the real deal.

So from I'm hearing WBLS has fired Wendy's entire staff in a move they feel will make the self-proclaimed "Queen Of All Media" resign. Tarin [Producer], Trev Hollywood [Sound Engineer], Goose [Board Operator] and Nicole Spence [Talent Booker] have all been handed their respective pink slips. The shrewed move is believed to save the company from having to pay Wendy her six figure severance package.

I hear that WBLS can't fire Wendy because of her enormous severance package thats apart of the 20 + year veteran's contract. However, her show employees were not under such agreements.

Wendy made headlines earlier this year over accusations of sexual harassment and a hostile work environment.

There's also buzz that Nicole Spence has settled her pending lawsuits for an undisclosed amount. But unfortunately she's been put under a gag order and is unable to discuss the details from the case.

good. i really never liked her, she made most of her shit up, the Busta Rhymes thing should have gotten her fired, the christina Milian shit should have gotten her fired, she was a wannabe Howard Stern from day one, that lacked the humour and creativity that Howard has.

Wendy ain't sweating it since her TV show got picked up so either way it ain't no $$$ out her pocket.

Good riddance.

Now Wendy should fire herself.

What's the Org's opinion of Wendy? I know next to nothing about her.

I'm not surprised. They've been cutting the show less and less, more and more commercials and more and more music. So is it just Wendy by herself or is the entire program gone?

I guess it's a love hate thing with her. I don't like some of the things she says but she does make me laugh and she has had some good interviews with some great people and I don't mean Whitney Houston.

Actually the details are interesting. She's been alluding that something is up for awhile but couldn't or wouldn't say anything. Never liked Charlamagne anyway but it sounds like they're trying to push Wendy out. I don't think she wants to be there anymore but I also don't think she wants to be forced out. She would be better for satellite anyway.

She wouldn't let him go despite the many requests and now he's gone. But I think it's only a matter of time that she's gone too. If her TV show takes off the way it's expected to in the summer there won't be a reason to stay. She loves radio but satellite might be enticing after awhile.

She announced this on the show today. She said that he was cut due to budget cuts and not to believe all of the gossip reports. (yeah right!).
