Girls Aloud's Out of Control Album...surprisingly good!

I admit I hated "The Promise" when I first listened to it, but after listening to the new album, I have to say this his their finest release. The PSB penned song is pure joy!

Highlights:

The Loving Kind

Live In The Country

Love Is Pain

Yeah im loving this record once again from them they are strong in all categories. The blending of their voices, stronger material, better vocal arranging. The Girls right now, are actually at the top of their game, which is scary considering this is their 6th year and album, and pop stars usually fade not get stronger, but this along with the Tour DVD released the week prior, and with a 2-cd limited edition due in December with bonus demos and mixes, the Girls have pretty much taken over the UK

Some other songs of mention, obviously the current #1 ssingle "the Promise" i like this song more and more. Also "rolling back rivers in time" and "untouchable" a 6+minute song, a first for them.

"perhaps" is very similar to "sway" its got that kind of feel and the new kids song is on there cd too, but not with PCD, its slightly different with the girls doing a verse and chorus with them.

As for GA that had a great interview with "Attitude" magazine and that photoshoot cover was about the best they have ever looked. In the interview its funny because they point out how, even though people think they were handed stardom, after the whole "popstars" show happend and they had a number one single, no tv show or magazine would allow them to come on. Talk about a total opposite of America, here if you win American Idol your ass is on everything from Oprah to CNN

So true. It took the press awhile to taken seriously.

I loved the fact the girls did a diss track against the NME indie bands! Pure genious
