A new look from Christina Aguilera is revealed through the album cover of her upcoming hits collection album, 'Keeps Gettin' Better - A Decade of Hits'.

Christina Aguilera presents a new look through the cover art of her upcoming "Keeps Gettin' Better - A Decade of Hits". Co-produced by herself, the compilation album will be be available for exclusive purchase only on big-box retailer, Target, starting from November 11 but it can be pre-ordered beginning on September 30.

Furthermore, her upcoming hits collection will include new song "Dynamite" plus new versions of her previous hits "Genie in a Bottle" and "Beautiful". The record will also carry her number-one hits, including "Come on Over (All I Want Is You)", "What a Girl Wants", and a remake of "Lady Marmalade", a song which features Lil' Kim, Mya, and Pink.

i love how tranny she is! she's got to know it, too, and just plays along. i only own back to basics so i'll probably pick this up. oh, and i love the song "keeps gettin' better." good ol' cheezy fun.

Well they're not advertising it as a greatest hits or anything. Although I do agree it's a waste, I don't think many people need this. They didn't put many songs on it and I think they should of put the originals of the 'new versions' on it as well. If she was only going to put the really big hits on it rather then adding on some lesser hits like most people do she should of waited untill after a couple more albums.

yeah it has alot to do with Back catalog, i know that word "catalog" is not used much in the industry now, but Xtina has 3 other multi million sellers and you dont lump all your hits on one record and kill the chance that someone will go back and buy "stripped" for a track they didnt get. ALSO it has to do with the "exclusive" with Target, its what the label wants to give them.

In the mix and the group performances Christina's vocals, at least to me, seem to up louder in the mix. And I'm interested to hear what it would have sounded like with just her on it anyway.

I wont be getting this greatest hits album since I have all those songs on my ipod so there's no need lol. "Stripped" was a good album though, but I can't say I enjoyed her other albums as much. "Back2Basics" especially was not as good as I thought it would be. I found it to be pretentious and boring for the most part. Christina was just trying too hard imo.

Album Information
Among the tracks confirmed there are three of her four number one singles on the Billboard Hot 100; "Genie In A Bottle", "What a Girl Wants" and "Come on Over Baby (All I Want Is You)" from her debut album. She also re-recorded "Genie in a Bottle" (with the title of "Genie 2.0", which she previewed at the 2008 MTV Video Music Awards) and "Beautiful" (in the style of music included in her next album, with the title "You are What You are (Beautiful)"), which will be included in the compilation. Other new songs include title track "Keeps Gettin' Better" and "Dynamite".

Singles
The lead single Keeps Gettin' Better leaked to the web on September 5, 2008 and was officially sent to radio stations on September 22, 2008 after being premiered on the 2008 MTV Video Music Awards on the night of September 7, 2008.

I saw a tracklisting that suggested the new and old versions of "Genie" and "Beautiful" would be on there. I sort of don't get the reasoning for making your first greatest hits set a "minimal" affair and packing it with new stuff. Mary J. Blige did the same thing but I think she also spun that it was just a collection and a proper hits set might come later...I don't think that one set the sales world on fire. This might just be an experiment. For years, Target had been releasing collections by artists often in conjunction with a new release or a tour. Usually it was an Ep of extras, remixes and/or live tracks. I don't have anything from Christina and look forward to this set. I really dislike the new song but the new version of "Genie In A Bottle" is shockingly really good.

Maybe 'll buy thi$......or nowadays, just download it.
