The Chordettes - "Mr. Sandman" I guess this song's long been considered a cliche, but I still love it because the harmonizing is fantastic. My boyfriend never lets me forget that they're from his hometown of Sheboygan, WI. I guess that's worth bragging rights? It was a huge hit for them, 7 weeks at #1 in (I think) 1954.
Halloween fanatics like me always associate it with the closing credits of Halloween II. | |
