Awful stuff!! It´s like a kick in the nuts...

All the Debarges sound like third class Michael Jackson imitators.
How can someone listen to this shit??
No wonder it is rare!

You know what, some people like it and it is not up to their later stuff, but it is interesting to listen to. If you don't like them, don't come in the post and make rude comments

For a so-called "Jacksons retread", this isn't even half-bad. I agree about the song being a product of its time. nod

True that. Like I said, this was their first album and most likely, they had little say in the production, arrangements etc. Regardless, they were sanging.

El didn't/doesn't wear a curl. That's his natural hair. Remember, they are bi-racial.

There's actually some funk this one. Their big brothers' band Switch were serious. Check out "There'll Never Be". Prince falsetto is equaled on this one!

One thing this does prove is that Debarge really didn't do disco well. There are serious disco beats on this, although overall, it is a nice track.
