If you think "I'm right and you're wrong, deluded and stupid" (which is the general gist of the majority of your posts) qualifies as 'substance', then please feel free to amaze us with more wonderful insights. Why should I be concerned about a so-called "train wreck" that was going to happen. Deep down inside, she knows that she has a problem. But, whatever her reasoning is, she chooses to do nothing about it. Maybe it is fear that if she goes to the doctor about it, he might find out that there is an even bigger problem. She has to deal with it and does not need anybody to blame for it but herself.
