Hello Everybody ! This is something new I came up with. It's called hiddem gems and I would be doing this every week with a new song to feature. This week's main feature is the Isley's "Here We Go Again". Now what do I mean hidden gems you may ask? Well it's simple. Hidden gems are songs that either a lot of people missed by not possibly buying the whole album or a song you think a artist made a mistake by not releasing it as a main single. And it can also be a song that was released as a single but was not a high charting song that people slept on at that time and possibly gone on to be classics in its later life. That is what I mean by hidden gem. Now on to the gem. "Here We Go Again" was issued on the Isley's platinum classic Go All The Way set. It's probably one of the most beautiful songs ever made by them or anyone else. I'm not quite sure if it was ever released as a single but if so, it had a tough follow up to "Don't Say Goodnight" which is a dynamite song. If somebody was to redo this song today(depending on who it is), I think it would do pretty well. So I dedicate this first blog to "Here We..." so all of you show your appreciation. Thanks! Peace!

Man I've been meaning to pick up that album. LoDog your posts have helped me alot with my Isleys navigating.

"Here We Go Again" is one of my favorite Isleys songs I have their 1993 'Live' CD and they open the show with this great song.
