"Loose Booty" was the funkiest Sly ever got IMHO!

The High On You remix was the only good thing to come out of the remix album "10 Years Too Soon" from 1979. All the other remixes were DIABOLICAL, but that one gave the song more room to breathe compared to the original mix. Gotta love the funky clavinet, brought to the fore at the expense of the organ.
Did you know it was Sly's 12 year old cousin that played organ on that song? Frightening. | |

The rest is forgettable, but I dig that one "High" mix....your'e right, it actually improves on the original, IMO.... ...
