i'm so glad i went to that show! after the last two tours that followed, i'm starting to believe that was her last GREAT tour.

i really, really enjoyed the reinvention performance. the whole concept from start to finish was expertly executed. i don't remember one segment that i didn't think was stellar.

i think Confessions was a great tour.

i think the first section could be term Madonna's Confessions on love, followed with Madonna's Confessions on the world, next with Madonna's Confesisons on fame, and than ends with Madonna Confession for the love of dance

i enjoyed confessions a lot! i just didn't enjoy segments of it. the whole drowned world, paradise not for me section was totally boring for me. i don't care to see madonna make bad attempts at playing 2 chords on the guitar. that's not why anybody likes her and if she'd stop taking herself so seriously for 4 seconds, she would see that.

i enjoyed almost every other part of confessions...though i thought a great track like jump was wasted. did not care for that number at all. and the current tour has way too much yawn time for me. again with the guitar? oy vey, madonna...

i've watched her slow down from reinvention to now and she's not getting any younger. she's just going to keep slowing down now. that's why i'm gld i saw reinvention!

Confessions was excellent in parts, boring in others. In fact the two middle sections were dull to me - the only performance i really enjoyed being Drowned World surprisingly. Mainly because its nice to see her perform a ballad without trying to play guitar at the same time. The whole show was made by the final segment - Erotica being the ultimatem highlight.

Reinvention was very consistent - but even then some parts were a little laboured. I actually think Sticky & Sweet is the most consistent tour shes done since she went on the road again in 2001. It loses it slightly in the final segment, but other than that its a very good show with many many highlights - and her energy and performance levels are way above her previous shows. Its just a shame there's a lot of negativity surrounding it, from some fans, and also because of her divorce. Itll be a fantastic show to see in HD on DVD.

Nice performance. I like the dancing.

hmmm I guess if I had to rank all the tours from this decade,it would look like this...

1) Confessions Tour
2) Re-Invention tour
3) Drowned World Tour

I'm seeing 'Sticky and Sweet' this weekend,so I'll be able to rank that show in a few days lol I'm amazed at how many fans are saying it's better than the Confessions Tour.I didn't think she'd be able to top that amazing tour!

I agre that Drowned world is the worst - i really cant find any love for that show. I think you'll love S&S - its just such a fun tour. I may be overstating its impact because its so current and fresh - but i do genuinely think its a better show than Confessions - although Confessions had that killer last segment that this lacks (in fact the last segment is something of a mess i think - despite an amazing Like A Prayer).

Although i didnt see Confessions live - i would say she's a lot more playful in this show than in that one. Its like she's finally defrosted from the icy cold Drowned World tour - and you cant help but be wowed by th performance levels in this show.

I like the Drowned World Tour...I thought it was very bold and edgy.Out of all of her recent tours,it's the one that's most like a Broadway play.Very theatrical and dramatic.I just think the tours that followed are superior and alot more fun.

Hmm i always excuse her for the DWT - she was finding her feet in live performance again - but i thought it was actually quite shoddy for an M production. I thought the theatrical concept (there was only one -the geisha segment that could really lay claim to this) was poorly executed and the whole show was musically very boring (although she sang brilliantly). I feel she's got better with each production since.

From that tour,I really liked these performances...

"Beautiful Stranger"
"Frozen"
"Don't Tell Me"
"Holiday"
"Music"

I was disappointed with "Mer Girl"...that segment was tedious and went on too long.
