jimmy jam & terry lewis  Janet needs to go back to the people who don't fuck up her music. Hopefully after the last 3 albums, she's learned her lesson. Ohhhh, this is my jam! I listen to it more than any other song from "Rhythm Nation" these days. It's lovely. Janet should just make a quiet storm album already. I always find it funny though that for someone who doesn't have the best voice and is always criticized for being weak vocally, she sure does make some great slow jams. This is definitely my favorite slow jam on this record, followed closely by "Someday Is Tonight". I always thought Lonely never got the recognition it deserved! Great pick! | |
