ROUND 2 of the Org's Best Rapper Alive -- PICK FIVE by 9pm EDT 10.25.08! Background: After the Vibe B-R-A debacle, I took up the idea (shared by others) for the Org to post its own poll for the "Best Rapper Alive." It began here.

Although I disagree with "just a few" choices, I am rather proud to know there are some true Hip Hop Headz that are reppin' ! Me and Nameezy mentioned that in orgnotes. He isn't for everyone, but Kool-Keith is definitely one of my favorites! he fell off the last couple of albums, but i've been hearing good stuff about his latest joint.
Watch for the MJ cameo. This one is ill! if Aceyalone would have stayed consistent, he would've gotten my vote for top five. he's still a dope lyricist, but just hasn't been able to find anyone to drop some solid beats for him. Busdriver is another virtuoso that's overlooked. | |

A reminder . . .
We're only voting for the 27 . . . but keep up the posts on the other MC's! mag/synth: Aceyalone does have a lot of potential, but like many other slept-on MCs I could name, (coughcoughLyricsBorncoughcough) he can't ever put it together. Others to watch: Guilty Simpson Black Milk Old School MC's worth mentioning: Redman Dres Bucshot Good night, sweet Prince | 7 June 1958 - 21 April 2016
