Beautiful World is still his finest work in my book. [Edited 10/17/08 12:12pm]

His standard, falsetto loverman stuff. There are some good songs, nothing really bad. He even tries to do more rock/pop stuff with his lower voice. All you others say Hell Yea!!

It's alright, not great. but not terrible
I avoid "Magic" like a chick with herpes "We may deify or demonize them but not ignore them. And we call them genius, because they are the people who change the world."

I like this CD allot. I love, "Side Step" and "Dreamworld". When I listen to it, reminds me of Marvin and Curtis. It's a great followup to the last CD. "Love is like peeing in your pants, everyone sees it but only you feel its warmth"

I like this CD better than the last one.Sure,'Evolution' had some amazing songs but it also had annoying guest artists.I always had to skip over the tracks that featured other people. On this new CD,there's only one guest artist and it's buried at the very end.

The song that you are talking about, "Tie My Hands", is an incredible song. The subject matter makes you forget that it is "a rap song". Robin, really came through on this CD. I play it all of the time. "Love is like peeing in your pants, everyone sees it but only you feel its warmth"

This was my initial review (found in this thread):
AlexdeParis said: On first listen, it's good but not great. I don't think it compares to either of the first two albums. "You're My Baby" is a poor man's "Would That Make U Love Me" (my favorite Thicke track), but that alone is enough to make it the album's best song. I still love "Magic," but the only other standout is "Cry No More." That being said, I have a feeling I'll warm up to some of the other tracks upon further listening.
After a few more listens, I was mostly right. "You're My Baby" is still far and away the best song, but I've warmed up to the entire album since then. I wasn't feeling "Side Step" when it first leaked, but I'm really digging it now. "Ms. Harmony," "Dreamworld," and "Something Else" have also really hit me. I still don't think any of the songs can touch "Would That Make U Love Me" or "2 the Sky," but I think I may grow to like the album even better than the first two just because it's so concise and consistently good. Still, they're all great albums. Score another victory for Robin! If someone told me 15 years ago I'd love 3 albums by Alan Thicke's son, I'd have thought that person was crazy. Haven´t heard it yet, but I hope to get it soon. "When Michael Jackson is just singing and dancing, you just think this is an astonishing talent. And he has had this astounding talent all his life, but we want him to be floored as well. We really don´t like the idea that he could have it all."

I’ve been enjoying it. Not as strong as the first two but there are some nice cuts. His falsetto is getting even weaker probably due to smoking. It’s more mellow than I would have liked but still decent. Been gone for a minute, now I'm back with the jump off

Am I the only one who thinks that the uptempo tracks are stronger this time around? "SideStep","Magic","Shadow Of Doubt" and the disco-sounding title track are all superb.

I think they’re a bit stronger, yes. The ballads were stand out on The Evolution. I was only really into Wanna Love You Girl (which a lot of people didn’t care for) and maybe Would That Make You Love Me. But I really love Side Step plus I just think it’s a better song than the others. Been gone for a minute, now I'm back with the jump off

Seriously,it's the type of album that Michael Jackson should make. It's got a full-band sound,no trace of hip-hop at all....just a bunch of melodic,well-produced tunes. The music feels genuine and sincere.

I love the album, hardly no cameos from other artists...except for Lil Wayne on the last track. I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince.

I think it's refreshing to hear a modern-day R&B album without a bunch of guest stars all over it.I also like the full-band sound of Robin's CD.
