How did it take me until now to discover Julie Driscoll??? this is like the most grooviest chick in the universe. she's an icy, witchy, campy, funky, delicious confection...i LOVE stumbling across this kind of retro treasure.

i downloaded the "open" album from iTunes...most of it is instrumental, though there are a handful of bonus tracks that seem to comprise most of the "hits" with julie driscoll. i must say, aside from her contributions, i'm loving the hammond organ in all of the julie/brian/trinity/etc. recordings i've heard. | |
