Tim McGraw upset over record label releasing "Greatest Hits 3" (the issue of too many damn hits sets). http://new.music.yahoo.co...let-it-go/
I'm not a Tim McGraw fan but I urge people to read this and not think it being the country singer who you may hate or know nothing about and think about what he he is saying and what the record company (and the article written by an obvious shill) is saying. I would side with McGraw who is obviously siding with his fans and thinks, probably rightly, that a new hits set can wait until his album, which will probably have "hits" (or at least a single or three that is known and/or loved by the fans) before releasing what looks like a skimpy and shameful cash in. The article is obviously biased...wonder why they would stick up for the record company and not the artist. I think it's worth a read.

The article goes on to state that nothing on Hits 3 is older than 1995, includes his latest hit single, plus 2 more non-album tracks.
To be honest, it's probably not the worst idea if his new album isn't dropping before Christmas (when the most recordings are sold).
