I just recently caught the Spearhead live in Sydney concert on cable late one night. I thought the show was great and it renewed my interest in the group. I listened to them in the 1990s but had fallen off in the 2000s. I just got some of the stuff that I missed and I dig it quite a bit.

I see that they are touring now and will be here in Chicago on Nov. 9. I was thinking about getting tix but don't know if I want to travel up to the Vic to see them - mainly because I HATE that venue. Has anyone seen them live lately?What is the setlist? The show I saw in Sydeny was about three years old. I LOVED that setlist, but I assume that it has changed a lot since then. Does anyone recommend checking them out?

Always great to see this band on stage. Michael Frantii is SUCH a great personality. Real nice fellow. Always takes time for his fans.

Definitely a "must-see". Raises the consciousness and has a lot of fun.

You must go to the show. I just caught him lasr month in Santa Cruz and had a ball. He and his band are what I call true road dogs. They always are on tour around the world. The band is tight as hell. Pick up the latest cd All Rebel Rockers and enjoy.
