A few months ago I asked you that. Some people really helped me and I think it's clear to listen to Reggie Lucas' productions now first.
He did stuff for Mtume and Stephanie Mills. But the only Mtume song that sounds like "Madonna" is "Would You Like To".
Also the two Lucas penned songs for Stephanie Mills, Never Knew Love Like This Before (the big sister of Borderline) and You Can't Run From My Love /which would have been cool for Madonna definitevly)

Anyway I came to the conclusion that Evelyn Champagne King did the most tracks similiar to the Madonna album. Mills did too many ballads, but songs like I'm, In Love, What Are You Waiting For, Spirit Of A Dancer remind me of Madonna's first album style.
