Mixed up - Close to me (closer mix by Paul Okenfold) Wish - oh. damn . this is hard too. a Letter to Elise or to Wish Impossible things or end or open LOL 
Wild Mood Swings - Jupiter Crash Bloodflowers - I havent honestly listened to this enough yet... i know.. im a bad cure fan.  but i will listen, so TRON ask me again in like a month

OK, I just CAN'T pick favorites from each. It's just not possible. BUT-
I will say SOME of my favorites are Catch, Untitled, Disintegration, Open, Letter to Elise, 6 Different Ways, The Blood, Love Cats, Close to Me, and my brand new favorite is The 13th. I cannot tell you how many times I've listened to this song in the last few days!! Other interesting Cure/Carrie facts: I lost my virginity while listening to Pornography.

All time favorite... though I hate to admit it... is Just Like Heaven. I feel it's such a canned answer, but it's the truth. Of course, I really LOVE belting our Like Cockatous when I'm alone. So maybe that counts too. |

ya know, since this thread came out, I have been listening to the cure non-stop and I forgot about the song Disintegration !!!

Yes, I've had the Disintegration album since it came out and I never paid much attention to the title track. When they played it live I didn't even recognize it. But I was blown away and have been listening to it frequently ever since. It's without a doubt my favorite song by them.
And don't be ashamed to love "Just Like Heaven" Carrie. I do. It's the song that first got me into them and one of the first songs I learned to play by them. It's got a perfect melody and it's timeless. No shame in that.
And Vi, have you busted out those b-sides discs lately? | |
