Bootsy Collins new Project with Buckethead is set for November 11th

2 songs are up:

I am not too excited over this Greg Hampton guy but the lp sounds cool.
Brain one of the best drummers in the biz. The group sounds like Praxis meets Third Eye meets Audio Slave. It sounds like a heavy vibe for a project so far.

If you want to preorder the lp:

1. "Sci-Fax Theme"
2. "Lookin' For Eden"
3. "At Any Cost"
4. "Chaos in Motion"
5. "Famous"
6. "L.O.A.F."
7. "Gone Tomorrow"
8. "Life-IS IN-Deliver"
9. "Take You Down"
10. "What It Is"
11. "Fatally Flawed Flesh"
12. "I See Rockets"

As much as I love Bootsy... bored ...

I don't want any of this boring rock/metal shit.

Plus, the album cover looks super cheap, like it was made by a five year old lol
It is not known why FuNkeNsteiN capitalizes his name as he does, though some speculate sunlight deficiency caused by the most pimpified white guy afro in Nordic history.

Fair enough, but I think it's going to be his best studio related project in the last decade or so. I don't think it will be boring with those musical components. Being that all of those guys are top notch players.

nod

Still, that doesn't mean I'll like what they're putting out wink
I mean, there are lots of skilled musicians playing, for example, metal music, but I still don't like any of it smile

Well, I hear you. It probably isnt for Bootsy fans, per se. But then again Bootsy hasn't had the right production for his core fans for awhile. The euro direction or the bay area g-funk sound, doesn't exactly compliment his musicianship. I haven't checked out his Christmas project from last year. Bootsy's Bass Project sounds interesting though.

Sidenote: The soundtrack of the new game. "Mushroom Men" is made by Les Claypool and it sounds like Bootsy Mutron goodness.
