I remember buying this album when i was a freshman in
high school. It was far from my favorite confunkshun album
but it had it's moments. I thought some of the songs on
side 2 of the album were bland. They rebounded nicely with 7.

"Ladies Wild" and "Too Tight" are some ass shakers.

I noticed that this CD is available at DustyGroove


I have to add this to my "want list"

HUGE fan of CFS here. Love the bass on "Touch".....gets the head noddin here all the time. Still have a big promo poster of this album cover that used to hang on my wall as a teen. 1980.....what a year in da funk. This is one of the more underrated CFS efforts, I would say.

hell yeah!! This was the second album that Con Funk Shun released in 1980.The first one 'Spirit Of Love' came out around March of that year.

I guess for me Spirit of Love was a tough album to follow and
touch didn't quite measure up but Too Tight and Lady's Wild
were worth the price of the album alone.
