Thanks for posting. Still not sure how I feel about the song. There are aspects that I really like but then there are moments when I find myself cringing. Maybe I’ll react differently hearing it in the theater with the visuals.

I think it would be tough to find a more mismatched duet. Sure you could match it, but not exceed it.

White's off key screeching while Keys tries to sing just didn't do it for me.
Studies have shown the ass crack of the average Prince fan to be abnormally large. This explains the ease and frequency of their panties bunching up in it.

i respectfully disagree

i get the screetching part... but the fact is he's not off key... there might be notes used (like a harmony) that you find unpleasant... but again... he is absolutely not off key

i kinda like the fact that it's a mismatched duet.... makes it interesting for me

Really boring.

Both song and video.

They're vocies don't work together at all.

I said it once and will say it over and over again.

A new Bond theme should sound like this:

Or like this for more upbeat:

I'm not mad at you, I'm mad at the dirt.

I really tried to like it, but ultimately the screeching, fits his style, but does it fit a Bond theme? There is nothing smooth about it and I associate smooth with Bond themes. I also found it repetitive by the end. The 3rd verse just totally lost me when it hit.

I don't know. I like the feel of it, and it blends all three styles, Bond, Jack, and Alicia pretty well.

But is it actually a song, or is it just music?

I thought it was so bad I switched channels after fifteen seconds.

Your second choice is rather homo-erotic, as choice for a Bond song.

Well. cool

But I was referring to their stylistics.
Check out their "If I Know You" - they have that dark / melanholic sound which suits Bond.

Not bad. I kind of like it. Although, maybe I'm biased because I'm a fan of both.

Jack White going mainstream..... falloff

This is just the latest proof that he's so overrated, he's even sits behind the drums in this clip.....

I liked Icky Thump... I like all of their albums in one way or another.
I'm not saying Jack is the greatest musician to ever walk the earth, but he has something.... an integrity...an honest, almost old fashioned connection with music that people respond to...you don't dig it...that's cool, but calling him "overrated" isn't fair.

If i see Jack in the Top 10 best guitartists of all time again im going to lose my fucking mind. Sorry but that is just an overrated claim, its written by people that think Kurt Cobain is a better guitar player than Brian May? Excuse me? As for the song, the beginning little Bond riffs are RIPPED off from the "Living Daylights" theme, it might even be a sample. Also when did Alicia lose so much weight, it seems HOLLYWOOD has got her conforming. I do see why they wanted ALICIA on this track, to SELL, the Bond themes have not done anything commercial for the most part in quite some time, they have been very hit and miss.

They are a mis-match but I like their voices together. I like the raw sound of Jack's voice too. I just don't think the actual song is strong enough.

I felt it the first four albums of the White Stripes, which I liked.....after that the cat was being hyped but he can not deliver anymore....
