PrintableI would like to see janet cut back period and just give us Janet. I would like to see her give an intimate concert of her and a couple of people. but yeah she has to remember she is not young anymore. nipsy | |

Put down the crack pipe. I've seen clips from Janet's tour and every single one was lip synched. I don't know if she's singing a single song live on the entire tour. Her fans don't come for that. If ever she did concentrate on her vocals, she'd soon find out what "poor ticket sales" really means. I came back today just to respond on this topic! I was going to start a thread, but I decided to just write here.
I read Janet suffered from migranes! I would not go to see her in concert because she does not interest me so much, but I think of Janet as an icon.. somebody familiar to me in much the same way I think of Madonna..(but Madonna is just in another level...) Anyway, I have suffered from migraines, too!  I am not currently suffering. For me is more of food allergy.. really related to allergies. I have to be careful with caffeine and alcohol. I cannot really drink alcohol and only a little bit of caffiene because I get such bad headaches. Plus other things trigger them.. like some perservatives in food--particularly Chinese food.. And then sometimes, I would get them even though I tried to be so careful. I have not so much recently... but I am always aware it could happen.
But...these migraines can be so dibilitating(??). When I had these migraines, I could not move.. It was horrible.. really horrible. You feel sick.. You have to take medication and just lie down. It was horrible really. So maybe Janet is really sick?  This could be the truth. | |

This could be the truth.Yeah,her manager finally confirmed that she is suffering from migraines.I don't see why they didn't announce it last week...instead of being silent and allowing all those crazy rumors to spread like wildfire  Migraines is a common yet treatable problem for many people.It's not something to be embarrassed about.

I used to get migraines when i was in high school. They are nasty so painful couldn't do anything the whole day. Used to stay in a dark room the whole body would be in pain then would throw up.It scares me to this day.
In my case they were triggered by any physical activity so i virtually stopped playing any sports. But now that i am over them i can run 20 miles \ [Edited 10/15/08 7:22am] |
