Speaking of, the man finally gets some recognition from the political Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. You think he'll get in next year, Harley?

Between Bob Dylan and Bruce Springsteen, I don't think he has a chance in hell.

He wouldn't be Bobby if he didn't air it out. We're talking about a rhythm and blues LEGEND here! lol

It's in the book, "I'm a Midnight Mover". You know the story I told you about Sam Cooke's brothers beating him up because he married Sam's wife after Sam's death? It's in that book. In one excerpt, Bobby said some dude tried to rob him at gunpoint before he recognized who it was. I guess because Bobby was wearing a hat and a leather coat and not his usual glasses.

Hell if Percy Sledge could get in, so can Bobby, I'm just saying...

I'm skeptical about these things,,,remember we're talking about shady ass Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.

But he deserves it.

That's what I meant when I said "political". These guys often don't choose from their hearts but what they feel could better their chances at getting notoriety rather than paying the legendary artists respect. I'm skeptical my damn self. lol I can't see why they would even let Chic get inducted much less why Stevie Ray Vaughan and Cyndi Lauper got cut out of the ballot. I don't even believe War will get in rolleyes

But I'm willing to bet that Bobby and/or Little Anthony would be the DC5 of this shit, lol.

Hell BOTH Bobby and the Imperials should've long been IN the Hall of Fame, come to think of it! confused
