I remember my mom playing Trammps whenI was a child. I always loved this song. When I used to frequent Club Shelter in NYC (back in my clubbing days) you could always expect DJ Timmy Regisford play either this track or Disco Party (which I also love) usually at 6 or 7 am. [Edited 9/23/08 15:47pm] So, you frequented club Shelter too? I just saw Timmy not to long ago. There is talk about redoing the Shelter. "Love is like peeing in your pants, everyone sees it but only you feel its warmth"

I was a Shelter head since the early 90"s.Although I went to the other venues (43rd street) the vibe was never the same after they left 6 Hubert Street. I personally believe, that this is what is missing from the club scene. There needs to be more "house music", venues. I recently went to "The Strada" with a few friends. I must tell you, I had a horrible time. It used to be, that you could go to a club and hear a mixture of music, R&B, Hip Hop, and "commercial" house. That night, all they played was "Shit-Hop" and "drop your panties" R&B. No classics and no house. I stayed for about an hour and then left. It is a good thing that I got in for free... I would also think that the music there is not as "formatted" as the music here is in the states. "Love is like peeing in your pants, everyone sees it but only you feel its warmth"
