We've Had Enough is my jam though. If that had been included on Invincible in place of Cry it would've turned the album from "below par" to "acceptable". haha, I like Cry and One More Chance and don't get why so many people dislike R. Kelly's songs for Mike! We've Had Enough is the first song Mj wrote with Rodney Jerkins in 1998.

you perfectly captured what I felt teh first time I listened to the song. It's a bit unusual for his songs from that period.

I didn't know that was the first they wrote together but it is extremely brilliant and should have been on Invincible, it's the best darkchild collab they both did. I've always liked his R.Kelly written songs a lot too, but I don't think they should associate at all in the future, you know why. I think World's Greatest would have been awesome for mj too. [Edited 9/23/08 14:21pm] I collected every news on the working on Invincible since the late 1990s! It was cool, every week someone else said he had a song written for MJ, and Rod Jerkins gave regulart updates as well. It's intersting, because MJ did a record with Will Smith, also he said in 1998 he wrote a song called "Angel" and it would be his greatest song he ever wrote. Around the time neither Jerkins nor Jackson said the first song they wrote was WE've Had Enough. But Rodney talked in (around 2000) about how they first worked together. It was at Carole-Bayer-Sager's house where they wrote the song. it's 10 years old now... about The World's Greatest I agree but I guess R. Kelly considered it too good for giving it away. I mean, I'm sure he sold millions of it.

We've Had Enough is a brilliant song, although the drum machine is very dated and sounds as if it was lifted straight from Why You Wanna Trip On Me.
Maybe it wasn't finished in time for the release of Invincible. It's a shame though as it is definately one of the stronger cuts from that era.

I can think of many Outtakes from Invincible that I would have enjoyed more than certain other songs. I think MJ shouldn't put 16,15,14 songs on one album. His best albums never had more than 11 songs. No fillers allowed.
