Sylvester, Irene Cara, Lime...Unidisc catalog on Itunes It had been a while since I was on Itunes but they finally got some good stuff on there. I did a search for Lime, expecting that maybe something of theirs finally had gotten on their and all the Unidisc rereleases of their albums are up (complete with remixes). Unidisc seems to special in dance and disco rereleases but I even found Jim Croce on there. Check it out.
http://www.unidisc.com/srch-db.html I don't think ALL the Unidisc catalog is on there (a search for Jocelyn Brown didn't show the "Somebody Else's Guy" album but just the same old rerecordings of that title track) but maybe they are working on it. Any fans of the Unidisc label or are those that are into classic disco/dance that are here have all that stuff on vinyl already.

It's the eighties stuff (I think starting with "Do Ya Wanna Funk" up until "Immortal""). The only seventies stuff is a greatest hits and his live album and those have been up there for a while. Funny thing, for some reason when you click Sylvester under one category you only get the seventies releases and with the other, the Unidisc stuff.
